1. Car on suspension
2. All weatherstrip, latches, etc installed.
3. Align panels as close as possible.
4. Check the continuity of panels using a long aluminum flat stock or c-channel.
5. Move panels and/or panel edges to match aluminum.
6. Prep for body work, fill and block car.
7. Finish filler thoroughly in 80 grit.
8. Gap all panels.
9. Polyester primer.
10. Block sand with grits 100, 220, 400.
11. Disassemble car.
12. Body work and prime jams & finish in 400.
13. Seal and paint car.
14. Wetsand with 600, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 grits and polish.
