There's one thing that's far more important than any tip or any piece of tactical advice that I, or anyone else, could give. That one thing is how big your desire to do good is.
- Taking a tremendous amount of pride in what you do, always wanting to improve, having an open mind about new ways to do things are the things that matter most. Always take a close look at the finished product, and figure out what could have been done better, or how it could have been done more efficiently.
- There's no technical tip that can replace your mindset.
Also, just be a good person. Help people that need it, and don't tear down anyone else or their work, it doesn't make you any better.
- Doing the right thing is always the right thing.
